rental information

To rent the LLPOA Clubhouse, you must purchase a one-day general liability insurance policy for a premium, through a reputable insurance company. You can obtain your own one-day policy that follows the guidelines below. We recommend you use one of the two below sites:

$220 for One-Day Event Policy (all requirements included)

$185 for One-Day Event Policy (all requirements included)

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RENTERS INSURANCE POLICY:

-The name of the ‘Insured’ must match the name you list and sign on the rental agreement.

-The Certificate Holder/Event Place should be Lake Lincolndale Property Owners Association – 11 Lakeshore Drive North, Mahopac NY 10541

-You must add ‘Additional Insured’ to the policy. Additional Insured should be listed as: Lake Lincolndale Property Owners Association

-You must add ‘Host Liquor Liability’ if you are having alcohol at the event.

-You must add ‘Waiver of Subrogation’ when purchasing the certificate.

-You must add ‘Primary & Non-Contributory Wording’ when purchasing the certificate.

-You must send a PDF quote directly to rentals@lakelincolndale.org and the clubhouse coordinator will let you know if it is missing anything, before purchasing.

-Once purchased, you must send a final PDF copy of Insurance policy to rentals@lakelincolndale.org for our records.
